Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing duties including stacking, cleaning, and drying dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and dishwasher.
• Assist cooks with prep work as needed.
• Monitor and report on the operation of the dishwashing machine.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors.
• Assist with location maintenance and general cleaning.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to stand and be active for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
