Primary responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher, delivering clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits, rinsing bus buckets, cleaning, and drying of pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes, trash removal, and general cleaning of the work area
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
• Maintain the location and cleanliness of the work area
• Assist cooks with prep work as needed
• Prepare the dishwashing machine for daily use and inspect for damage
• Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately
• Monitor the dishwasher's operation and report malfunctions
• Clean the dishwasher and surrounding areas regularly
