Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, which symbolizes our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking dedicated individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence. We want to know what inspires the fire inside of you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring the use of clean water and detergent.
• Deliver clean dishes to designated areas.
• Rinse bus buckets, clean, and dry pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes.
• Perform trash removal and general cleaning of the work area.
• Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed.
• Assist cooks with prep work.
• Prepare the dishwashing machine for daily activity, inspect for damage.
• Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes.
• Monitor dishwasher operation and report malfunctions.
• Clean the dishwasher and surrounding area regularly.
