Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a brick oven at its core, symbolizing our commitment to authenticity and quality. We are seeking dedicated individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence. We want to know what inspires your fire inside.

Primary Responsibilities

• Stack and clean dishes, ensuring the use of clean water and detergent
• Deliver clean dishes to designated areas
• Rinse bus buckets, clean and dry pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes
• Handle trash removal and general cleaning
• Receive, unload, and rotate vendor products as needed
• Assist cooks with prep work
• Prepare and monitor the dishwashing machine for daily use
• Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes
• Report machine malfunctions
• Clean the dishwasher and surrounding area regularly

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to stand and be active for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
