Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, built with 936 bricks, which is central to our authentic flavor and culture. Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Stacking and cleaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the work area and equipment
• Receiving, unloading, and rotating products from vendors
• Assisting cooks with prep work as needed
• Monitoring and maintaining the dishwashing machine
• Performing general location maintenance

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work well under pressure and stand for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
