Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Stacking and cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and dishwasher
• Receiving and unloading vendor products
• Assisting cooks with prep work as needed
• Monitoring and reporting on dishwasher operation
• Performing general maintenance and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work under pressure and stand for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Commitment to high standards and teamwork
