Consigli Construction Co. in Milford, MA seeks a Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of the company’s benefit programs, ensuring cost-effective offerings that attract and retain talent.

The role is hybrid/in-office—4 days onsite in Milford, MA required (5 days in office for the first 90 days)—and collaborates with the HR team to manage open enrollment, vendor relations, regulatory reporting, and program communications.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Benefits/HR experience, with at least 3 years leading a benefits function or working for a benefits outsourcing/consulting firm.
• Knowledge of employee health and insurance, retirement benefits design, regulatory environment, wellness initiatives, and marketplace trends.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors including RFPs and contracts.
• Ability to design, communicate, measure and monitor benefits and wellness programs with strong interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.

Aufgaben

• Partner in developing and implementing health and welfare initiatives to promote wellness and optimize healthcare costs.
• Manage day-to-day plan offerings (medical, dental, disability, life, etc.).
• Collaborate with Senior HR Team to design annual benefits program package for senior management.
• Handle fiduciary responsibilities and ERISA-related inquiries and filings (e.g., Form 5500, ACA).
• Oversee vendor relations and ensure compliance with plan documents and IRS/ERISA requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party enrollment provider for new plan year updates and system testing.
• Lead the annual open enrollment process and develop communications and materials.
• Create and distribute employee benefits communications during and outside Open Enrollment.
• Monitor costs and program effectiveness to identify cost-containment opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor relations and performance management.
