Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of its benefits programs.

You will partner with the business to attract and retain teammates while controlling costs in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing medical, dental, disability and life offerings; overseeing open enrollment, vendor relationships, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in benefits and/or HR
• 3+ years managing a benefits function or working for a benefits provider
• Knowledge of health and retirement benefits, ERISA, wellness initiatives
• Experience managing external vendors and RFPs
• Ability to design, communicate, and monitor benefits programs
• Strong interpersonal skills for confidential situations
• Ability to resolve escalated benefits issues

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and administration of medical, dental, disability, and life benefits.
• Oversee open enrollment planning and communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance guarantees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, Form 5500).
• Monitor costs and optimize benefits program expenditure.
• Collaborate with Senior HR Team on annual benefits package.
