Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of Consigli's benefit programs.

You will manage program development and execution to attract and retain team members, while ensuring compliance and effective cost management. The ideal candidate will be a proven, confident benefits operations professional with experience in a dynamic, changeable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Benefits and/or HR, with at least 3 years leading a benefits function.
• Knowledge of health and retirement benefits, ERISA, ACA, and wellness initiatives.
• Experience managing external vendors and RFP processes.
• Ability to design, communicate, and measure benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and welfare initiatives to promote wellness and optimize healthcare costs.
• Manage day-to-day plan offerings including medical, dental, disability, and life insurance.
• Create the annual benefits program package with recommendations to senior management for plan design.
• Handle fiduciary duties and ERISA responses; assist with regulatory filings (e.g., Form 5500, ACA).
• Oversee vendors responsible for plan administration to ensure compliance with plan terms and laws (ERISA/IRS).
• Coordinate with enrollment provider for new plan year updates and system testing.
• Lead the annual open enrollment process and ensure changes are reflected in materials and SPDs.
• Create and distribute employee benefits communications during and outside Open Enrollment.
• Monitor costs and effectiveness of programs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage vendor relations as primary contact.
