Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a proactive Benefits Coordinator for a hybrid role in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of direct benefits administration experience, including health and welfare plans, leave-related benefits, COBRA, and related programs.

You will support benefits operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate open enrollment, and collaborate with Payroll, vendors, and employees to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of direct benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• HRIS experience, with a strong preference for Dayforce HRIS.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support employee benefits operations, including health and welfare plans, leave-related benefits, disability coverage, COBRA, and commuter programs for employees.
• Support key benefits administration processes, including qualifying life events, employee separations, COBRA reporting, vendor integrations, eligibility documentation, discrepancy resolution, and third-party benefits platforms.
• Maintain adherence to federal and state employment and benefits requirements, supporting areas such as FMLA, ADA, ACA, HIPAA, EEO, workers' compensation, required workplace notices, OSHA reporting, and other regulatory obligations.
• Lead and support annual and year-end benefits activities, including Open Enrollment, FSA/HSA reconciliation, plan-year transitions, and benefits collection following workers' compensation or leave claims.
• Strengthen employee and leader benefits education through ongoing communications, benefits newsletters, best-practice guidance, and close partnership with Payroll team, vendors, and employees to resolve issues efficiently.
