Consigli Construction Co. in Milford, MA seeks a Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead strategy, design, administration, and compliance of the company’s benefit programs. This role focuses on cost-effective, compliant programs that attract and retain talent, operating in a dynamic environment.

The position supports open enrollment, vendor management, and regulatory reporting, with a hybrid in-office requirement (4 days on-site, 5 days for first 90 days).

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Benefits/HR, with minimum 3 years managing a benefits function.
• Knowledgeable in employee health and insurance, retirement design, wellness initiatives and marketplace trends.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors including RFP processes.
• Ability to design, communicate, measure and monitor benefits and wellness programs.
• Interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations.
• Ability to resolve escalated benefits issues with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to review, update and interpret SPDs and related documents.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner in developing and implementing health and welfare initiatives to build a wellness culture and optimize healthcare costs.
• Manage day-to-day plan offerings including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, etc.
• Collaborate with Senior HR Team to design annual benefits program packages for senior leadership.
• Oversee fiduciary obligations, ERISA compliance, regulatory reporting (e.g., Forms 5500, ACA).
• Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day administration of benefit programs.
• Work with third-party enrollment providers to update platforms and conduct testing.
• Lead annual open enrollment communications and materials updates.
• Create and distribute employee benefits communications beyond Open Enrollment.
• Monitor costs and effectiveness of programs; identify cost containment opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships.
