Consigli Construction Co. seeks a Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead strategy, design, administration, and compliance of our benefit programs. You will partner with the HR leadership to build a wellness-focused culture while controlling costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite in Milford, MA with 5 days in the first 90 days. You will oversee plan offerings (medical, dental, disability, life), open enrollment, vendor management, and regulatory

Formación

• 8+ years in Benefits and/or HR with 3+ years managing a benefits function.
• Strong knowledge of employee health, retirement design, and regulatory environment.
• Experience with health care reform, wellness initiatives, and marketplace trends.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and RFP processes.
• Ability to design, communicate, measure, and monitor benefits and wellness programs.
• Interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations and confidentiality.
• Ability to review and interpret SPDs and other required documents.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner in developing and implementing health and welfare initiatives to build a wellness culture and optimize costs.
• Manage day-to-day plan administration including medical, dental, disability, and life insurance.
• Develop annual benefits program package with recommendations to senior management.
• Handle fiduciary obligations; respond to ERISA inquiries and assist regulatory filings (5500, ACA).
• Oversee vendors for day-to-day administration; ensure compliance with plan terms and laws.
• Coordinate with enrollment provider to update platforms for new plan year and testing.
• Lead annual open enrollment with communications and accurate SPD updates.
• Create and distribute employee benefits communications; monitor costs and effectiveness.
• Maintain vendor relations and serve as primary contact for benefits programs.
