Gallagher is seeking a Producer in Las Vegas to build and manage a growing book of business across Gallagher Benefit Services and related divisions. You will prospect clients, conduct discovery with C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with internal experts to tailor solutions that address client needs.

A strong emphasis on networking and strategic growth will drive your success. Required is a Bachelor's degree with related experience; licensing or professional designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
• Insurance licensing may be required or preferred depending on role.
• GSIP participation or professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a business book within Gallagher's cross-divisional capabilities.
• Prospect and qualify leads to exceed pipeline targets.
• Conduct client discovery with senior stakeholders (CEO/CFO/CHRO).
• Coordinate with internal SMEs to win business and strengthen client relationships.
• Schedule and lead client reviews to ensure ongoing retention and account growth.
