Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a Producer to understand client organizations’ needs and expand a book of business by leveraging Gallagher’s cross-divisional capabilities. You’ll work with executives to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and grow client relationships with support from internal SMEs.

Required: Bachelor's or HS with relevant experience; strong communication and networking skills; ability to drive pipeline and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline and book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business from your network and target accounts.
• Establish and maintain a new business pipeline that exceeds goals.
• Conduct client discovery with CEO/CFO/CHRO and other stakeholders.
• Consult clients independently and identify opportunities with Gallagher SMEs.
• Schedule regular client briefings to review status and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand accounts and win new business.
