Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Benefit Technology Implementation Analyst to support client delivery of our benefit technology solutions. You will oversee enrollment platform implementations and serve as a subject matter expert across teams, ensuring accurate configurations and timely renewals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in benefits administration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience building/maintaining EDI files is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with delivery of benefit technology solutions.
• Lead enrollment platform implementation and act as SME.
• Configure system per client requirements and test configurations.
• Manage annual renewals and client communications.
• Mentor team members and support process improvements.
• Respond to client questions and ensure data quality.
