Job summary

Hummel Group is seeking a Benefits System Coordinator to organize and manage client benefits within the benefits administration system in Millersburg, OH. The role emphasizes accurate plan maintenance, eligibility processing, and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Life and Health license, a valid driver's license, and experience with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator.

Qualifications

• Life and Health license required.
• Current driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Experience with Employee Navigator or other Benefits Administration systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage client benefits within the benefits administration system.
• Audit and update benefit plans, add/remove plans as needed.
• Assist with eligibility uploads and discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate data transfers to external contacts for services and premiums.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
