Job summary

Hummel Group Inc. in the United States is seeking a Benefits System Coordinator responsible for organizing and managing client benefits within the benefits administration system. You will understand group benefits programs and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and expertise with HRIS and benefits databases. Preference for a Life and Health license, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with benefits programs (health, dental, vision, disability, life).
• Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125.
• Proficient with HRIS and benefits databases; data accuracy essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and audit client enrollments in the benefits system.
• Coordinate data transfers with vendors and service providers.
• Support COBRA, terminations, changes, and eligibility processing.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
