Equiliem is seeking an HR Benefits Systems Analyst in Greensboro, NC to own Benefits systems, data integrity, and vendor interfaces. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve data and system issues and provide timely reporting for HR and Benefits needs.

The role emphasizes system testing, data analysis, training, and continuous improvement of Benefits processes in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting HR, Compensation, Benefits administration systems, Payroll, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Benefits systems, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate and support system-related activities across the HR and Benefits community.
• Maintain accurate Benefits data, system configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Manage vendor file feeds, review discrepancy reports, and coordinate timely corrections.
• Provide system reporting and data to support Benefits and HR business needs.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve data and system issues.
