Kelly Services in Greensboro, NC seeks a Senior HR Systems Analyst – Benefits for a contract role. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS expertise with Benefits systems, data analytics, reporting, integrations, and problem resolution to support HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Benefits technology, manage data and configurations, coordinate vendor interactions, and drive system improvements while ensuring accuracy and reliability of benefits data.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HRIS/HR Systems experience.
• Strong experience supporting Benefits systems and processes.
• Experience with HR/Benefits data, reporting, integrations, and vendor file feeds.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to understand both business requirements and technical system needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Benefits systems and ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Maintain Benefits data, system configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Manage and monitor vendor file feeds, review discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to resolve system and data issues.
• Provide reporting and data to support HR and Benefits business needs.
• Support system enhancements, testing, implementations, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate work.
