You will serve as a subject matter expert for Benefits technology, manage data and configurations, coordinate vendor interactions, and drive system improvements while ensuring accuracy and reliability of benefits data.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.

• Ability to understand both business requirements and technical system needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst – Benefits for a contract opportunity in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional with strong Benefits systems, HR data, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting experience.

The Benefits Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Benefits technology, supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, vendors, and U.S.-based employees. The position combines technical systems support with functional HR/Benefits knowledge.

What You’ll Do
