Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Durham, NC team with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs, partnering with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and external vendors to ensure accurate delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will develop reports and analytics in Excel, manage benefits data feeds, support annual enrollment, and help with vendor management and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of benefits experience.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM systems.
• Experience with benefits integrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for benefit programs.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Support HSA, FSA, COBRA, and wellness programs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and vendors on integrations and data feeds.
