Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a People Support Center - Benefits Rep 1 (Contract) to review, process, and enter confidential employee information with a focus on benefits operations. You will use UKG Pro and PlanSource to ensure accurate processing and communicate status to employees and managers.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR/benefits, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years HR or benefits experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits inbox, review QLEs and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and operations to resolve issues.
• Support open enrollment, elections, tests, and audits.
• Identify and escalate deduction discrepancies and system issues.
• Run weekly benefits audits and maintain audit history.
