EPAY Systems is seeking a customer service professional to support the Administration team with calls, emails, and live chat. You will contact clients, employees, and carriers to provide information about benefits, assist with plan setup, and ensure coverage continuity.

Responsibilities include handling escalations via calls and emails, researching issues, and using the knowledge base to resolve inquiries while maintaining a empathetic and professional demeanor.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years in a professional office environment.
• Experience in customer service, call center, payroll, taxes, benefits, HR, or equivalent is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
