Paychex is hiring a Customer Service professional to support one or more Paychex products. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely, compliant resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll work with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS systems while documenting interactions and mentoring newer teammates. This full-time role runs 11am–8pm EST and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retirement Services experience preferred, not required.
• 2 years of call center customer service experience.
• Work schedule: 11am - 8pm EST.

Aufgaben

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Develops and maintains an intermediate working knowledge of one or more Paychex products
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with leaders to implement
• Demonstrates intermediate skill level with systems and software packages (HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, ORS)
• Documents all interactions
• Serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
