Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Producer in Seattle to drive growth by developing and expanding a personal book of business across client organizations. You will leverage cross-division capabilities, partner with experts, and build a strong personal brand within Gallagher's collaborative culture.

In this client-facing role, you will manage relationships, align with strategic goals, and work with internal teams to maximize client outcomes while pursuing ambitious book-growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience or Bachelor's with GSIP and licensing, or High School Diploma with 6 years experience.
• Insurance licensing is required when applicable.
• Professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM).

Responsibilities

• Develop, retain and expand a book of business.
• Establish and maintain a new business pipeline above target.
• Conduct client discovery with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders.
• Schedule check-ins with Client Service team to review accounts.
• Aim for 10–20% annual book growth and provide leadership on strategy.
