Acrisure in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Manager of Retirement, Financial and Education Benefits to oversee design and administration of our nationwide programs. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will lead a team, align benefit strategies with budgeting, and ensure compliance with ERISA and DOL requirements.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive data-driven improvements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while supporting employee financial wellbeing across all states.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive benefits experience with at least 3 in leadership.
• Public company experience and HR systems like Workday are a plus.

• Develop and execute a strategy for retirement, financial and education benefits.
