Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Retirement Plans to oversee retirement and financial wellness offerings for employees nationwide. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will design and govern plan provisions, compliance, and vendor relationships to attract and retain talent.

You will lead a team, benchmark plans, project costs, and drive education initiatives to maximize value for employees while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and execute multi-year retirement benefits strategies.
• Experience managing or servicing 401(k) plans and related compliance.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and data reporting skills.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with finance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retirement and financial wellness benefits team.
• Develop and execute cost-effective retirement strategy and education programs.
• Oversee plan design, benchmarking, cost projections and budgeting alignment.
• Ensure compliant administration across systems and vendors.
• Manage benefits budget and long-term cost management strategies.
