Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and execute multi-year retirement benefits strategies.
• Experience managing retirement/401(k) plans and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and change management skills with experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the retirement and financial wellness benefits team.
• Develop and execute retirement, financial and education benefits strategy.
• Lead plan design reviews, benchmarking, and cost projections.
• Oversee administration for retirement and education programs, data integrations, and controls.
• Collaborate with finance to manage the benefits budget and cost controls.
• Engage employees and streamline enrollment in benefit programs.
• Manage vendor relationships with recordkeepers, investment and legal advisors.
• Support mergers and acquisitions in benefits onboarding and reviews.
• Stay current on ERISA, DOL, and regulatory updates.
• Analyze benefits data to identify improvement opportunities.
