Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Manager of Retirement Plans to oversee design and administration of retirement and financial wellness offerings for employees across all states. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will deliver programs reflecting the industry and attract/retain talent, with focus on governance, operations, and compliance.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities, and leadership of a growing team; on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create multi-year retirement benefits strategies.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions in benefits.
• Experience managing 401(k) plans and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency using HR technology to administer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retirement and financial wellness benefits team.
• Develop cost-effective retirement and education benefit strategy.
• Oversee plan design reviews, benchmarking, and budgeting alignment.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA and related regulations.
