Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Retirement Plans to oversee the design and administration of retirement and financial wellness offerings for employees across all 50 U.S. states.

You will report to the VP of Total Rewards and drive programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring governance, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities. The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of retirement provisions, and oversight of plan design, administration, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive benefits experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing or servicing 401(k) plans and compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial wellness initiatives and education benefits.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR technology to administer benefits and self-service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the retirement and financial wellness benefits team.
• Develop a competitive retirement and education benefits strategy.
• Lead plan design reviews and cost projections aligned to budget.
• Oversee benefits administration and data integrations with partners.
• Manage benefits budget and cost-control initiatives.
• Create employee engagement and enrollment strategies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Support due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
• Stay current on trends, regulatory updates, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Provide data-driven analyses to improve programs.
• Assist employees with benefit inquiries and escalated issues.
