Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Retirement Plans to oversee the design and administration of retirement and financial wellness programs for employees across all 50 states. This leadership role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and requires governance, compliance, and strategic program design.

You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, ensure ERISA compliance, and partner with finance to maintain competitive benefits budgets. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and execute multi-year retirement benefits strategies.
• M&A experience including analysis of liabilities and 401(k) mergers.
• Experience managing or servicing 401(k) plans and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of financial wellness initiatives and education benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage retirement and financial wellness benefits team.
• Develop and execute a competitive retirement and education benefits strategy.
• Lead plan design reviews, benchmarking and cost projections.
• Oversee administration and data integrations for benefits programs.
• Collaborate with finance to manage the benefits budget and long-term costs.
• Engage employees and ensure seamless enrollment in benefits.
