Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Producer to build and expand a book of business within assigned sectors. You will work to understand client needs, leverage cross‑division capabilities, and drive growth through proactive, strategic account management.

You will develop a robust pipeline, conduct client discovery with senior leaders, and coordinate with internal experts to win and retain business. The role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and ongoing learning within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Insurance licensing required, or participation in Gallagher Sales Internship Program with licensing.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business within a vertical niche or employer size.
• Establish and maintain a new business pipeline exceeding goal.
• Conduct client discovery with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders.
• Consult clients independently and identify opportunities to bring in SMEs.
• Schedule regular check-ins with Client Service for account status and strategy.
• Lead strategic account planning to drive retention and growth.
