PNC is seeking a Benefits Consultant in Pittsburgh, PA to lead the design, development, and execution of family and work-life benefit programs within Total Rewards. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners, manage vendor deliverables, and drive program awareness and utilization.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder communication to support regulatory compliance and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision for research and analysis, clerical tasks, the implementation of benefits programs and policies, and other activities associated with the organization's employee benefits.
• Supervising benefits analysis activities including the research, analysis, evaluation, and administration of corporate benefits plans and programs.
• Ensuring all benefits programs and activities comply with related federal and state rules and regulations, e.g. COBRA and HIPAA.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures, may also assist with the design and implementation of the organization's wellness and work life programs, policies, and procedures.
• Working with appointed vendors for outsourced benefits programs to ensure employees questions and issues are properly resolved.
• This role supports development and execution of strategy behind family and work-life benefit offerings and improves awareness and utilization of programs.
