Responsibilities

• Develops and administers employee benefits programs, policies, and procedures and ensures compliance.
• Leads design and implementation of medical, dental, vision, disability, life and EAP programs.
• Oversees data within HRIS, evaluates programs and monitors performance.
• Collaborates with vendors to meet service levels for outsourced providers.
• Monitors benefits eligibility and enrollment processes.
