PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Consultant Senior to join the HR Strategy and Risk organization, based in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA.

You will advise on 401(k), pension and other retirement plans while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. You will analyze retirement data, support plan administration, assist with Form 5500 filings, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 401(k) plans, pension plans, discrimination testing and compliance.
• Experience with Form 5500 reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis to identify trends and tell insights.

Responsabilités

• Provide consulting and administrative support for retirement plans.
• Analyze retirement plan data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Support plan operations including distributions, testing, and day-to-day administration.
• Assist with Form 5500 preparation and regulatory filings.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance and excellence.
