You will coordinate onsite services and work to increase awareness and utilization while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The role requires a track record in process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, plus 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

• Provide supervision for research and analysis of benefits programs and policies.
• Coordinate analysis and implementation of wellness & work-life programs.
• Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA and related regulations.
• Support vendor management and resolution of employee questions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations.
