Job summary

PNC is seeking a Benefits Director to lead health and welfare programs within the Total Rewards organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Atlanta or Chicago, overseeing design, governance, financial performance and vendor ecosystems for employee benefits.

The ideal candidate will develop multi-year strategies, build business cases, measure outcomes with analytics, and lead a team of professionals across key stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant programs aligned with

Qualifications

• University degree required; Masters desirable.
• Industry-relevant experience 8+ years with at least 5 years in management.
• Proven leadership with large scope and accountability.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and communication of corporate benefits programs and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Develop goals and strategies for benefits programs and measure effectiveness.
• Advise executive management on options and cost savings for employee benefits.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enable collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Manage staff to ensure efficacy and compliance of benefit programs and support development.
