• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize client satisfaction in all interactions to ensure needs are understood and deadlines met.
• Utilize financial data to identify renewal and financial strategies with clients.
• Serve as a consulting presence for assigned clients, explaining rationale.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and follow through on commitments.
• Explain and apply financial analysis and underwriting concepts based on funding status.
