Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a seasoned Client Service/Account Leader to manage self-funded accounts, collaborate with clients on day-to-day needs, and provide tailored benefit solutions. You will drive renewals, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client service/claims, supervisory experience, and appropriate licensing, with strong communication and financial acuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Preferred: solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading increasingly complex self-funded accounts.
• Work closely with clients to understand day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing annual strategies.
• Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance-related issues.
• Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards.
