Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced benefits consulting professional to drive client revenue retention and strategic growth. You will communicate Gallagher resources for coverage solutions, maintain client relationships, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize plans.

You will collaborate with service teams, lead RFP processes, and stay current on industry trends to provide proactive guidance and value to clients across a global platform with local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience.
• Experience managing large/complex client benefits accounts.
• Strong C-level relationship management and communication skills.
• Sales capabilities, land-and-expand, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client revenue retention targets in SFDC.
• Explain Gallagher resources and coverage solutions to clients.
• Research and analyze client data to propose plan design solutions.
• Collaborate with service and account teams on RFPs and vendor vetting.
