Responsibilities

• Enter client data into Benefit Point; update client rates and plans within 5 workdays.
• Provide support to Account Executive and research benefit plans, claims, and billings.
• Coordinate marketing activities and prepare RFPs to carriers by deadlines.
• Prepare communication booklets and conduct enrollment meetings.
• Compile data and prepare reports for Sr. Account Consultant/Executive Team Lead.
• Submit Medicare Part D disclosures and annual notices per timelines.
