Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Benefits Account Manager in a hybrid role with Rollingwood/Bee Caves access. You will manage client data, educate on benefit plans, and support enrollment timelines while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

The position requires a college degree preference and 2+ years in an assistant account capacity; bilingual Spanish is a major plus and flexibility for overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 24 to 36 months of experience in an Assistant Account Manager role.
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Document client data into Benefit Point and prepare required reports.
• Enter client data for renewals or new business within deadlines.
• Support Account Executives with duties listed in the job description.
• Coordinate workflows per Benefit Timeline.
• Assist in building marketing and enrollment materials.
• Present enrollment meetings as necessary.
