Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Benefits Account Executive in Dallas, hybrid role. You will serve as primary contact for producers, manage client benefit programs, and coordinate renewal bid strategies with carriers and vendors. You will also lead client communications and training for account teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Group 1 license, and solid HR benefits or insurance brokerage experience. Travel and bilingual Spanish are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Maintain Group 1 License.
• 3+ years of experience managing a book of business at an insurance brokerage or HR benefits experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.
• Speak professionally in front of others.
• Prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive with client administration of Benefits Program.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact with the Producer and inform about deadlines and events.
• Delegate tasks to the Account Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Manage workflows and administration of client benefit programs.
• Research questions on client benefit plans, claims, and billings.
• Coordinate and deliver wellness presentations to explain MMA vendor capabilities.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and renewal strategy.
• Renewal negotiations on clients’ behalf with carriers/TPA/vendor.
• Ensure high service levels to clients and prepare communication booklets.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials for mid-year and renewal reviews.
• Demonstrate judgement and delegate tasks to teammates as appropriate.
