Responsabilités

• Document and update client data within Benefit Point.
• Provide support to Account Executives and lead in their absence.
• Coordinate marketing timelines, RFPs and carrier communications.
• Prepare reports and respond to questions about plans, claims and billing.
• Maintain online client binder and ensure timely renewal processes.
