Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Dallas seeks an Account Manager to support clients through Benefit Point processes, RFPs, and marketing deliverables. You will work with Account Executives, coordinate operations, and assist with enrollment meetings, reporting, and compliance tasks as required.

Ideal candidates will have 24+ months in account management, bilingual Spanish a plus, and strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 24 to 36 months of experience in an Account Manager role
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willing to work overtime (primarily August through December)

Responsibilities

• Enter client data into Benefit Point and update rates and plans.
• Provide support for Account Executives and assist with daily duties.
• Assist in setting up client websites and coordinating Benefit Timeline activities.
• Coordinate workflows and act as a lead when AE is absent.
• Create and release RFPs to carriers by deadlines and maintain marketing binders.
