The Opportunity :

The Global Insurance and Benefits team ensures we provide world-class benefits to employees delivered locally. The team establishes new policies in over 100 countries and manages their administration, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals.

What you'll do

  • Ensure employee benefits are set up across all countries, aligned with local practices and organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with key insurance providers to stay updated on “Duty of Care” insurance and benefit options.
  • Negotiate with insurance providers to finalize local health insurance plans.
  • Assess and onboard new insurance providers in regions we expand into.
  • Research, maintain, and distribute global pay data and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local customs and regulations, liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate benefits plans with internal stakeholders for effective implementation and management.
  • Manage the L2 Operations team responsible for employee queries and operational issues related to enrollment and renewal.
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate automation and innovative solutions.

Key requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience managing insurance products, global pay data, and benefits.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for solving customer problems.
  • Experience at an HR SaaS company is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and swift execution.
