Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a primary contact for clients, develop coverage strategies, and manage policy-related activities on-site in a collaborative team environment.

You will handle quotes, endorsements, renewals, data maintenance in Applied Systems / EPIC, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely service while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Active Health & Life License required.
• CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quote and issue policies, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests on a timely basis.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as necessary.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Claims support.
• Review new/renewal policies to ensure items were received as ordered.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document all activities in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Understand and utilize upload, download, and interface technology.
• Assist other departments in securing information to issue policies.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities on their accounts.
• Keep current with industry trends and license compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
• Complete other functions and backup duties.
