Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary day-to-day contact for service needs for external and internal customers. The role ensures accurate insurance processing and exceptional customer experience, coordinating with multiple teams and maintaining systems like Applied Systems / EPIC.

Responsibilities include policy transactions, renewals, data integrity, and collaboration across departments. A Health & Life license is required, with benefits experience and sales acumen welcomed.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical ability to calculate discounts, premiums, commissions.
• Reasoning skills to solve problems and interpret instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance principles; Employee Navigator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including transactions such as quotes, policies, renewals and endorsements.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies as necessary.
• Engage in insurance marketing and sales activities.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support when needed.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document all activities in the agency management system.
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and potential issues.
• Stay current with industry trends through seminars and training.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
• Perform backup duties as assigned.
