Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Benefits Sales Manager to lead a team, coordinate broker and carrier activities, and ensure smooth renewals. You will manage the BOR process, input plans into comparison tools, and assist with self-funded reinsurance contracts as needed.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships across departments and with external brokers and vendors. 4+ years in a management sales role is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in sales, marketing or business management.
• 4+ years in management sales with proven results.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned staff to meet department and individual goals.
• Oversee open market quotes and sales implementation with brokers and carriers.
• Oversee Broker of Record (BOR) process during renewals.
• Coordinate training and scheduling for Benefits sales staff.
• Maintain sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts.
