The role covers retirement, medical, dental, life, long-term care, disability and FMLA, handling enrollment, claims, reports, and new-hire paperwork. Strong communication, Excel/Word/Canva skills, and a Texas driver’s license are required; bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years of experience preferred.
